The salesman was amazing. He told my husband and I to explore our options for a new mattress and portable base. We had so many salespeople walk by use and pay no mind. Like they were looking for more important person to help. Our salesman I would recommend to anyone. Great work Kent we will be back to purchase more from you.

I was helped by both Kathy E, who was very informative and helpful, and Douglas E, who was very friendly and helpful as well. I had a great experience tonight and am thankful that I had the pleasure of getting to interact with these very nice people. The customer service we received was excellent. The only downside was on the way out we stopped for candy at See’s candies and the lady did not greet us nor would she allow us to change what we had picked prior to the transaction being completed. We had to leave with two things we didn’t even want because she wouldn’t allow us to cancel our transaction in order to get the right product.

Michele Froese #4137 at the KC store was very nice and helpful. She was genuinely conversational and knew her products. I enjoyed our conversation very much. I was disappointed that there weren't more affordable options of one of the 3 big items I was there for (twin day bed with side storage). Good affordable & comfortable mattress selections though. I do plan on canceling the twin day bed I ordered. I found a suitable alternative on amazon after I got back home.

Just had my product delivered very professional delivery service, great products, amazing prices. Best furniture buying experience I've had. The new recliners are great quality and got 2 for $300. The ashley love seat that reclines also $370. Very helpful in store, nice to see and sit in product before purchasing. Highly recommend shopping here. Definitely be shopping here again.

Really great website and wonderful selection. I LOVE their financing and credit options! 20 months with no interest to pay off a much needed house item is what keeps us coming back for this big money items. Very reasonable!
