I wish I could rate this store lower than one star. We went here to switch from T-Mobile and they did nothing but create a fraudulent account. They opened our two person account as a business (we later learned they get additional bonuses for business accounts) and took one of our phones in on trade and NEVER paid us back for it. When we went back to complain and get resolution we only got the excuse of "We did you a favor, we saved you the $5 fee" which is completely wrong.
Please star away from this store! AT&T is a good carrier but this store is terrible, seek elsewhere outside of this dealer (they also operate the one in Lake Forest). We are in the process of getting a lawyer to correct this issue as they even made a fake business name and tax ID using our SSN. If we get audited we will be responsible for all this mess!

Travis is a scam artist and a coward. I told you I wasn't interested in saving money on my plan, yet to took it upon yourself to change my rate plan for a grandfathered 20gb mobile share to 3gb. You added insurance without my consent on both devices, and ATT can longer get my old rate plan back because it's not offered anymore. This will be a lawsuit for fraud going to Travis personally. I will not stop until he is fired.

Horrible experience. Travis was only concerned with making a sale. He charged us $5 for a sim card and then told us to call customer service to have ot activated! I couldnt believe it. After lying about AT&T changing their sim card policy, he just took my money and then wouldnt help activate the sim. Corporate AT&T stores do not charge for sim cards.
I dont mind paying for the sim. Its just he told me to call customer service instead of doing the job himself. Then he just played on his phone. Dont go to this store.

I wish I could give zero stars. I have had AT&T for several years and went in to ask a question and was treated so rudely I considered changing carriers.
