We bought 2 iPhone x’s And a new iPad from this store and one of the phones won’t even turn on. We have had it since Tuesday and can’t use it. This store won’t help us at all sent us to apple and apple wants to send it out for repair or told us to go back to the store where we bought it for a replacement. First would you except a repaired phone for $1k? No we deserve a full refund or replacement since we have a bad phone which apple did confirm with there machine that we have a bad phone. If you expect as a customer to be put first don’t go here. Took our money and we don’t even have a working phone and nobody wants to take responsibility. Horrible

I went to this store with a fairly complicated situation and also unhappy about AT&T in general. One of the best stores for customer service and knowledge. Anthony was super helpful. I have been to several stores in the area and this is the best one by far. They were very sympathetic with my situation and even though I had to pay more money I got the feeling that they actually cared about their customers. I recently went back to the store for some help with my phone and again was not disappointed.

The cell phone service is not good and my phone is acting up in less than a year of owning it. This was a thousand dollar phone.
