I came here on a Friday night 10 minutes before they are shown online to close and it was completely locked up not a salesperson or employee on site.

If you want to be treated like garbage by the staff at this location then I would go.  Not everyone is bad, just a few people that ruin it for everyone else.  I went in for a simple issue and was treated the rudest I have ever experienced.  This store opens late often and talks down to you.  I wish I had a picture to show the person I am talking about. Go to Ladera Ranch and save yourself the hassle.

The store manager Anthony is the rudest person I’ve ever seen in my life . He derided my understanding and communicating just because I’m a foreigner and he behaved me impolitely  . When I approached him in order to see his name , he threw his business card to me and said “here’s my name go complain .” . I don’t understand who and why they picked his as a manager . He doesn’t even know how to treat customers .
