I’m looking to get a new family plan so I did some price shopping here at AT&T today to see what they could do for me seeing I’ll need five lines. The gentleman I spoke with (whose name I don’t recall) was very helpful and knew a lot about the products and plans they offer. I was very impressed with that level of service!

Went there to change a regular sim to a nano and set up a Galaxy s7. Being an antique apple fan I had problems with it. Absolutely delightful knowledgable woman, who really did all to educate an old man. It worked fine. Was there around 10.30 only customer, great.

The man "helping" me didn't know much about the phone I wanted (note 8). He said if I bought the phone from them he wouldn't be able to help transfer the data from my old phone (s7 edge) to the new one I wanted (note 8); the store was empty and the other employees were just chatting amongst themselfs. I knew there was a simple way to do it because I've done it before with the help of a atnt store employee in rsm from my old s5 to s7 edge. 

Thankfully they didn't have the color I wanted. They told me the ladera location had it. The ladrea ranch location was very helpful, day and night difference.

Went here to transfer plans and had amazing service with no hassle and no wait. Best experience I've ever had at any phone store. Highly recommend going to Candace, she explained everything extremely well and did everything she could to make the experience great.
