I agree with the previous review, the manager mr Jaime Crique does not discuss bussines professionaly, he’s arrogant and provides a terrible customer service. I went to the store 4 times to finally have my problem solved by calling AT&T directly. How can AT&T hires people with no manners and proper training. My rating is a minus 5 (-5)

Would give zero stars if i could. First time somebody refused to sell me a sim card! I get unlocked phones but use the att service. Never had a problem with purchasing a sim card in any other stores. But this time i decided to stop at this location. A guy name Rob said he can not sell me a sim card. I walked out without arguing and explaining that every other store does. The first and last time shopping at this location!

I am the BAM for the authorized retail location in the Paramus Park Mall and had to call the corporate store on Rt. 17 in Paramus. The man answered the phone and was not professional at all. He said, "Hello" and didn't state thank you for calling AT&T and how may I help you. I also had to ask him his name as we was only providing one word answers, he was not helpful at all.
