Best Joann's I have been to. Huge selection of fabric and other crafts. Always well organized with a friendly staff. I have never left this store without exactly what I am looking for (and usually a bit more). I will drive past other Joann's to go here. It's worth knowing they are well stocked, large, and have a wide selection.

Large selection of fabrics, good selection of other crafting items, but they were out of stock on a lot of kid crafting items that visit. Some cashiers were more interested in chatting on their radios than talking to the customer at the register.

Large well organized store.  Make sure you know which coupons are valid as my cashier told me one of mine would not work.  She scanned it after I pressed her and of course it worked.

The prices are too high and check out time is too long. Only one register seems to be open at a time. Good selection though. Best fabric choices around. Friendly staff.

Found the staff was not helpful and customer service was poor. Was waiting for two staff member to stop talking to get some question answered, and even then I walked away since they took so long to even recognize I was trying to ask a question. Some of staff seem to think that insulting customers in a indirect way was good customer service. I will not coming back to this store.
