I had been having some problems with my phone and tried calling customer service, who just kept saying the same thing over and over even though it made no sense. So I went in tonight at 8 (online it said open til 9 but on the door it said 8). There was still someone in the store. He came to the door and asked what I needed help with. I explained my issue and he let me in and helped me anyways. He gave me the best advice he could and was honest with me. I really appreciated it. Thank you Saul! 😊

Cannot tell you how incompetent the people here are.. Had to jump through hoops to set anything up, and waited for hours. Avoid these people, and honestly setting up a line online is far easier.

Only one person working the entire store, and not even a competent one. We have literally been standing here for thirty minutes and haven't even been acknowledged. Under absolutely no circumstances should you give this store your business -- it's well worth driving across town to the other one.
