Overall, I am not a big fan of Home Depot stores, but that's just the place you have to but certain things. However, this location in Flagstaff is outstanding. The employees there are exactly like in the commercials- polite, friendly, knowledgeable, and determined to provide the best customer service possible.

It sucks cuz you advertise items in your store that you don't even carry went to your website Makita a new pad since you had it went to your store you don't carry Makita items you have to go in special order in from Makita or wherever

Home Depot never seems to have a full and complete inventory. Their inventory on their online website is never what the store has. They are often times out of materials and goods they claim to have on their website. They are always out of common items. The associates seem to know nothing about what you're looking for and pull out their phone anytime you ask them for anything. Or they tell me I can get it online. I can get a lot of things online – that's not why I came to the store. When asking for help, I have been told on multiple accounts to try and get it myself – many times in situations that are unsafe. When I do manage to get their help with a forklift they often times only get down half of the material that I need. I rented equipment only to have it fail and when returned got no compensation for the issue. They sell knives but don't sell the replacement blades. They sell nailers, but don't sell the fasteners that go with them. They sell weather resistant barriers but don't sell the flashing tape's that go with them. They tried to sell me a DeWalt pressure washer that was obviously damaged and/or refurbished...twice. Don't get the last two items on the shelf! The $125 thermostat I bought lasted a year before starting to fail. And I just found out they've blocked me from leaving reviews for products, despite their constant email requests for me to do so. And I was leaving a positive review! At the end of the day, you get what you pay for. Having the lowest-priced stuff often times means they are skimping on quality somewhere. Their power tools have inferior parts in them – plastic parts instead of metal. I just set 14 of their doors, and after spending four hours just getting the doors into my possession – an inventory issue – I found that every single one of the doors had a defect in them. Either the jamb was messed up or the door was messed up. The worst doors I've ever set. And now, they seem to be so concerned with safety that they won't allow me to parent my child. It is my decision how and what my child is capable of. Not some college kid that cares nothing other than getting a paycheck. I am a general contractor and I plan on taking all of my purchases to different places from now on. It is my opinion, and many of my peers' opinion, that the Home Depot system is broke. They are no longer a home-improvement store.
