We have shopped here forever. Love the store itself. The flagstaff location's manager Ansly is awful with customer service. The policy of Bed, Bath & Beyond is customer satisfaction first and hassle free returns!!! Yet we returned two items today and the manager Ansly proceeded to chew my husband out for returning a very large picture frame that had warped and we no longer liked. When I spoke up he decided to tell me he was talking to my husband not me. We have been in there SOOO many times and it really has been pretty good service. The things we return are damaged in some way which is part of their policy yet the service we received today was just plain rude especially coming from a manager! We were there to start our wedding registry and that is how we were treated. If flagstaff had any store comparable we would have gone there. Worst manager I have ever dealt with. So beware.
