I was sold a tablet that was free if I agreed to 10 dollars month for a data plan. The tablet stopped working after 3 months and became very slow. I tried to get a repair, and it still did not work. In the end, I had to buy another tablet with my own money because I was still being charged the 10 dollars a month on a tablet, that I could not use. Then when I had to upgrade to unlimited data, Verizon increased the price of data on my tablet another 10 dollars a month, making it cost me 20 dollars a month.  When I go to this store, they also try to sell me another scam called the Hum.
