I have had fantastic experiences at Midtown Tire. I arrived before they opened and the second that they opened, Jay came outside to look at my car with me, made me a cup of coffee, and made sure that everything was taken care of quickly. Midtown Tire provides great customer service and makes you feel at home while you are there. I never felt like I was getting taken advantage of, but that they are seeking to provide high-quality service. I would highly recommend going here!

Highly recommended---honest and trustworthy. After having issues with a competitor, Jerimie Wade and Rodrick helped identify the issues with my tires and threw in a free alignment. Then, they offered to provide me with a better set of tires for less money than the competitor. Don't go anywhere as you can trust these guy and they are truly professional. They have definitely earned my business in the future.

Jeremy, Jay and Ron took care of my vehicle as always..ensuring the best tech doing the job with quality.  Why I keep going back.
My prior vehicle and new vehicle get the best  service so that it lasts for nearly 200,000 miles.

Went for a check engine light (my truck had been experiencing shifting issues). This location recommended replacing the transmission for $4000. I took it to a transmission specialist on Buford Highway and they replaced just solenoid shifters for $700. While Midtown Tire may be good at oil changes and tires, go elsewhere for real problems or you'll pay through the nose. Now if I could get a refund on my $109 diagnostic reading - this store was useless!

Roger was quick, funny, and got my alignment in during my lunchtime. He was more than helpful when I left my paperwork at home. Definitely going to be a repeat customer!
