Called 20 minutes ahead to check to see if they had a phone case for my phone , they put it aside and said i could pick it up whenever. Came to pick it up and all the sales reps, including the manager are just sitting and talking and I’ve been waiting 20 minutes to get a phone case and screen protector that’s sitting in the back. What a JOKE. Terrible establishment. Go to the one on S Florida ave by 5 Guys.

Came in to the store completely lost and Maurilio was beyond helpful. I was able to get everything sorted out and left as an incredibly satisfied customer.

Best experience at an AT&T store to date. Friendly greeting at door, promptly checked in and quickly connected with Nate who had new phone setup and ready to go in under 10 minutes. Special thanks to the manager John who held phone while I drove over from Tampa to pick up. Superb customer service from first interaction to last and highly recommended.

I have NEVER dealt with a more inept and  incompetent company as AT&T.  Nearly every other month there is an error on my billing statement>  This month it was regarding my data use.  Six months ago I got a flyer with my statement stating that my "data was being doubled in appreciation" etc.
I called them to verify and they confirmed.  Since then I have had to call at least three times to inform them of this and was told " It takes one to two statements to reflect this".  Today I called customer service to inform them once again about data increase  only to be told  that since I'm ALREADY on a "PROMOTION" I do not qualify for the extra data!!!  Really?  Why has it taken numerous phone calls and WHY then have they credited my bill several times when I called about added charges on statement for data?  I am changing providers as fast as I can.  I have been with the same provider for well  over 10 years, against my husbands wishes.  It is their loss.  So much for "Customer Appreciation".
