Very professional and clean shop. Great prices, friendly staff and AMAZING customer service. They help when you need help and don’t talk to you like you’re stupid. Customer service is top priority at this establishment and that is made known upon entering the door. Very helpful and have kept me off smoking for 2 years now!

The people they have working there is just awesome they even remember my name Everytime I walk in now. Always a pleasant visit. I've already turn a few of my friends that went to lizard juice or whatever that place is over to iconic and they are just as satisfied as me.

The ladies and gentlemen that work at Iconic are polite, helpful, honest, and very knowledgeable. They go above and beyond. Once I came in with a broken battery and one of the young men who works there fixed it himself for free instead of trying to sell me a completely new one. Wow! I always receive outstanding customer service when I go into their store. I also love that Iconic opens earlier than other electronic cigarette stores I've been to.

The flavors are not as good what they used to be, but that could be I was just tired of Vaping. I quit smoking and vaping for the 2nd time successfully and I owe it to Iconic's hospitality. As a former employee of Gator Raper whoops Vapor. I at least know there is no Ethyl Maltol in Iconic flavors! Do not know what that is? It is not recommended for animal; Much less human consumption and it will do wonders for diabetic production. This was all before the legal change that the FDA made, but I hope for your sake "they" made that change! In other words stick with Iconic vape as they genuinely want you well to live another day!

Best place in town to get your ECIG supplies. Staff is super friendly, caring and knowledgeable. Very patient with you making the right purchase. Visit ICONIC and see for yourself!!!! Love them!
