Ended up going in on saturday to get my phone set up for my account since my iphone 5 kicked the bucket recently, ended up showing up during some kind of sale just need a compatible SIM card put in. Well as it turns out the young lady in the store after wasting a considerable amount of my time, come back from the back room and tells me that "the phone i purchased is some kind of pay as you go phone and they cant activate it on their network, i spent 2 whole days learning everything i could about the phone i purchased even stopping by at&t to see what the deal was. Turns out this location dropped the ball and upon talking to sprint technical support for a couple hours we determined they put the wrong SIM CARD in!!! Had to head back up there Sunday and it only took about 15 minutes total for the phone to be up and running. No apology for wasting my time or anything. Guess as it turns out you can be more qualified than a sprint technician with only a couple days worth of googling. If you're having an issue with your phone i recommend the sprint LIVE CHAT on their website for assistance. Hopefully these people read these complaints and try to better their services. 17 years as a sprint customer and driving 30 min TWICE for a simple fix is completely unreasonable. "pro tech support" lol

WORST STORE EVER!!!! I have never felt so disrespected at any place in my entire life!!! They will literally look you in the eyes and lie about the monthly plan. The "required insurance" is NOT required. They told me every promise in the book and when I came back with my "paper" showing what the rep promised me they accused me of forging it.. Antonio is a crook!!!

I’ve had Sprint for almost 3 years, and they were great up until Cory Scott, a sales rep lied to my face about upgrading to an iPhone 8 plus, and adding a line onto my plan. I asked him on several accounts would there be any additional fees, and he stated, “no,” but when I received my bill, it was an extra $50, and my other plan had no protection on the phone after I repeatedly told him that’s want I wanted on the account. Recently, I went to the store, and I explain the situation to him, and at first he was okay with helping me, then he comes back and tries to act like the additional fee was going to be on my account the whole time, and that I should of known and he could not do anything and I ask him if I could add the insurance on the next bill. He stated no and that he’ll give me a nice deal by adding it on at the moment and I tell him that’ll make the bill higher and he was like well I’m giving you a deal that nobody else will give you, “take it or leave it” and explained how he gets paid for insurance so he know I never asked for it, but I have notes that he wrote showing us what our bill would be and he denies it. Then, he becomes really rude. I called the customer rep Line and spoke with a woman named Aliyah l, and she was very helpful. I was able to get credit back on my line, she said I had an extra 30 days to add the insurance and how it’s offered to every customer, but Cory Scott explained to me as if I better get it now, and how he’s giving me deal and how I better take it or the deal is off. Then, he tried belittling me, and had not one care in the world. I’ve had a problem with him in the past, Cory Scott when he tried pre-ordering my iPhone 7 Plus and ended up adding a whole new line to my account when it was just myself on the plan at the time. So, I suggest talking to anybody in the store, but him because he makes too many mistakes and acts confused when he’s confronted about the mistakes. As a loyal Sprint customer, who pays on time every month for as long as I’ve had them, it puts me in a situation of finding a new service. I do not have the same trust I’ve had with them, and I do not have extra money to drive across town, which is located about 25-30 minuets away from me.

This is the worst most racist store in Florida they lie about the plans the insurance the techs are rude liars that are always rude and disrespectful the sprint reps are no better I've been lied to by Justin Jake and John when I went back recently to fix my phone I was told Justin no longer worked there he sold my phone to me so I was coming back to him the black girl shenelle was helpful in giving me options because I was told i wouldn't have to pay a deductible for my insurance is what Justin said now I come back to the store to upgrade I'm being told by John that the black girl was fired and that my only option is insurance claim through apple which he also lied I called the reps phone she was transferred to another store and she was able to help me everyone at the lakeland store should be fired horrible staff not willing to help at all
