This is the worst store of all for customer service and wait time. The amusing thing is no one there really cares and they still pay these people. Once upon a time there was something called customer service and employees genuinely cared but slipping away fast.  I bet when they close the doors some of them would start caring again or maybe it’s the corporate structure thinking they are to big to fail.

By far the worst service of a technology company. I came in to buy the IphoneX on an upgrade and wanted to see how the phone felt in my hand. The rep. Pamela Said I am unable to do that because people run away with phones. Note this was after I walked in with two young children and gave her all of my account information.  If I run, YOU HAVE MY ADDRESS AND ITS PRETTY HARD TO RUN WITH A TODDLER!   I told her I want to see how it feels to text on it, she said ok let me know when you are ready and walked to the back....she didn’t follow me to the phone, show me tips and tricks. NOTHING! I asked the manager Jeremiah where the rep. went  he told me ummmm and pointed to his customers and walked to the back. Pamela came out the back and said y’all ready. I didn’t get ANY assistance on choosing a phone. I didn’t get that warm feeling that will have me return as a customer. I will never shop at this store if I needed accessories or to add another line. I will also tell my friends and family to stay clear of this location if the want good customer service.

Gerald Bell was my "retail sales consultant". Before verifying my upgrade he went ahead and evaluated my phone taking screen protector off. There was an issue with the upgrade... one which he could not completely explain.  Didn't care to explain because at that point could not get a "sale". 

Now I am without a screen protector on my phone but Gerald Bell doesn't care because he's a salesman now without a sale. 

Customer service should come first then the sales will come.

The wait was pretty awful, but the sales rep Quan was great and very helpful! Once we were seen everything went quickly and smoothly with the phone purchase.

The associate that assisted me was very patient and helpful. He made sure I had the right phone for my needs, in the price range that I was looking for.
