So... First let me start by saying, I do a lot of research before coming into various stores to buy appliances. I came in the the Sears showroom location in Snellville during their President's Day sale. We were met by Van, and walked us through the front load washer/dryer deals. Well, we weren't ready to purchase yet, but knew if we did, it would definitely be from Van. His customer service and knowledge about the various machines was great! Fast forward to 3/3/2017: We were finally ready to purchase, so I came back to see Van. When we walked in the store... The price had gone up, significantly. Van attempted to price match with the various competitors, with no luck. Then my better half suggested Brandsmart! Eureka!! They had the washer and dryer I wanted and Van got on the phone with his Mgr, Pamela. They were able to price match and I got my washer/dryer set that I wanted, even in my color! Y'all, Van went above and beyond to make sure that I was able to get what I wanted. He was patient with me and even walked me through the warranty options that they had. If you want great service and someone that will truly appreciate your business, go see Van! You won't be sorry!

Very knowledgable staff! They were very helpful with picking out our new fridge and double oven. Prices were excellent, there was a good sale on both, and then we saved another 10% off of the sales price.

On 02/09/17, I came into Sears Home Appliance Showroom Snellville around 7:00 pm, and I were the only customer. After walking around 5 to 6 min.. Van the store clerk and only employee decided to help me..I were looking for the Kenmore model 75223 2.2 cu Ft. Microwave on sale for 109.99. Van then went to his computer were he spent 20 minutes looking and researching. Van said I don't see it. Do you have any information on it. I handed Van my phone and he spent another 10 minutes researching it. Van said, "I don't see it no where let me see if I can order it." Van typed some characters into the computer. Then he said nobody has it anywhere. I didn't believe Van, because his body language and demeanor said something different. Then I decided to look at a few refrigerators since I had driven all the way over to the Snellville location, and the online information said the microwave oven was available in store. As I looked at refrigerators. I walked past a clear door and right on the shelf were 3 of the Kenmore 75223 2.2 cu Ft. microwaves in plain sight. I said excuse me Van, but here is 3 of the microwaves we have spent the last 45 minutes discussing and looking for in plain sight. Van began to stutter and trip over his words. Then Van said they belong to customers. I kinda looked at him puzzled, because if that was true he could have said so in the beginning. I asked for the store managers information, and Van called her (Pamela). I assume she told him to order it. Oh WOW!!! It's available now, remember earlier nobody hand any and he checked it on the computer. I don't know what is going on with this store in particularly Van, because I didn't need a Lie Detector to Detector to determine he was untruthful. Buyer beware if you are going to purchase and item on sale. The store manager should be unhappy with his knowledge and job awareness and I think he needs a few courses in customer service.
