Ordered online.  From the time I arrived till I left with the new battery installed was about 20 minutes.  The employees were courteous and helpful.  The price was good.   They also have motorcycle and other batteries, about any kind you can think of.  They also make key fobs much cheaper than the car dealers. I'll be back.

I visited the store at  Ronald Reagan  and Zach helped me to resolve my issue. He was very professional and knowledgable.  Great store !!!

I will give them a chance" to make it right " from my last visit before I comment further.
                            ***Update***
Having been a customer of this location for years and then receiving questionable service once, I decided to give them the opportunity to do better. THEY DID! The particulars of this situation arent as important as the follow-up and outcome. Remember, a company is only as good as their products, services and employees make it. Sometimes a second chance, especially when it comes to humans, and the "off days" we're all capable of having, is necessary and fair.
