Terrible service.. I’ve been with spring for many years and never had any complains however, today I had by far the worse experience in customer service. The lady who I spoke to was very rude and didn’t try to offer me and my family a better plan or options.

I went into this store at 1:30 June 6th 2018. I had a new unlocked iPhone purchased from the Apple store. A squatty African American lady waited on me and said my new iPhone had a 'financial lock'. Call Apple. Can't help you. I was going to start a brand new account. I called Apple and spent 45 minutes on the phone and they told me there was no such thing. I went to another Sprint store at Perimeter and they said the financial lock thing was was a lie, They would activate the phone but they were out of Sim Cards for the Apple 8. I'm a liberal democrat but this lady was a racist in my opinion. I went to Metro PCS and they activated the phone. 
Sprint has gone way downhill in my opinion.

The employees have no pep in their step at all. As I was waiting in line, the three people who were ahead of me left. The wait was entirely too long. 2 hours was rediculous! When we were finally seen by the associate, both her and the manager had no idea what they were doing. Everyone here needs to be retrained.

I am not surprised by the reviews I see here. I was in this store for 2.5 hours last night. (after getting off from work mind you) I came in the store to pick up a phone that I had reserved online (per Sprint online the phone was AVAILABLE). When I was finally able to get help, the phone turned out to be NOT IN STOCK, ok I said lets move on, what do you have IN STOCK, I was given options and I chose one. Ok let's move forward no biggie right, WRONG. So we move on to learn from a representative (John O.) whom I thought was new because of the way he acted. Turns out this rep had been with the company for 2 years. WOW! He canceled my online order and then tried to make me pay an activation fee for getting my phone from in the store. I said absolutely NOT. This is after I had been waiting for about 2 hours. When we approached the store manager who had been aware that I was there for quite some time she without empathy, emotion or the least bit of attempt at customer salvation said to me "I have the authority to waive your activation fee but I am not going to do it, everyone that comes through that door pays an activation fee and I have a budget to uphold. Sprint online messed up not me and I am not going to pay for it." While I was certainly taken aback by her response I was going to move forward with my order but eventually decided not to because I had to leave with some form of dignity. She let me know that she did NOT care about having me as a customer and I refused to give Sprint my money at that point. I could not believe the way I was treated at this store. Her name was Lateisha Davis.  I will be reaching out to the DM Eddie Pryor as well.

It was an awful experience. We waited about 3 hours, and eventually left because we we're never approached or reassured that we'd be helped soon. There weren't even that many people in the store and we waited that long. It was horrible. Left a bad taste in my mouth for sprint and that store.
