This team is amazing. They were kind and helpful. We had lot to cover while we were in the store and they handled it with ease. I was also impressed with how they handled the rude costumers that walked in and were yelling even though the staff had nothing to do with their issue. I would highly recommend this store and team.

If you are sensitive to cursing and F-word then don't go there. Their black female employee act as if shes in the ghetto. went there to sign up and get new At&t sim card and expected a professional environment. Oh and i had to go back the next day to get my data plan to work. Besides that everything is fine.

This is the best store in Alexandria and I always trust Miguel. If you want to go there go look for Miguel since he gives A++ customer service. Everyone is great.
