Unbelievable how a telecommunications company cannot sort out their own telecommunications. All we wanted was to ask a few simple questions before coming into the store, but it's impossible to actually talk to anyone at the store. You get stuck with a machine, and then when they route you to a real person it's a call center and not store staff.

When I walked in, the 2 girls were talking to each other and ignoring a customer sitting at a table. They acknowledged me, and then acknowledged her, and I heard her say "I've been sitting here because you've seemed busy talking." The girl who talked to me was uninterested, hurried, and more focused on how to change the tv channel. There was no one else in the store other than us 4. She directed me to call customer service, and was quite unhelpful. Also, the store hours aren't the same as they're listed online (storefront says closes at 7pm during the week when they say 8pm online).

This is not a corporate store. They sell phones but do not do much for service. As an example if you need a new sim card, they have to order it from another AT&T store.

I came in to inquire about Sammie S8 coming out next month. The staff tells me everything I need to know on how to get it. My worry was that I'll need to sign a contract. However, they don't have contract anymore. I was told that I can pay for the phone and own it outright after 14 days. Then there was a choice of 24 or 36 months installment plan. I'm not the type to have patience on paying every month as I'm all cash. Cash is king. I guess I'll pay for the total price and taxes up front.
