staff was knowledgeable, the store doesn't stock mattresses on site. you purchase it, then either have it delivered, or pick it up at the warehouse on 85th ave in Oakland.

I went in on Wednesday to try out some mattresses, this location just opened recently and it's 5 minutes from my house so super convenient. I ordered a new bedroom set and it was due to arrive on Friday so I wanted to go somewhere that had a nice range of different brands, prices, and styles. I worked with Rachel to find the perfect mattress in my price range. I told her I would come back the next day once I checked out some information on the bed frame I ordered. She was very helpful, and also e-mailed the information on the mattress I liked. I went in the next day and ordered my mattress plus bunkie board and was able to schedule delivery for the next day (Friday). April was helpful in explaining the pros and cons of each style and was respectful of my budget. All in all it was a great experience.

Bought a new Tempurpedic mattress here. It was a great experience! April W was excellent: she helped me find the perfect mattress. She genuinely cared about my investment and wanted to make sure I made the right conclusion. On the downside... the delivery was not a great experience. The window was 9 hours long (from 1pm until 10pm !!) and essentially sucked up an entire afternoon and night. Although the two delivery people were speedy when they set up the bed, I was incredibly dissatisfied that I had to spend so much time waiting around! (I was eventually able to fall asleep on a beautiful new bed at 9:55pm... so that was nice!) Despite the delivery debacle, I'd recommend this place to any friend due to the wonderful, professional sales staff.
