miles away my phone was crushed. I called from a gas station was told they closed at 8:00pm I got to the door at 8:05pm the guy inside was a total ass. Would not even talk to me I have been paying and over priced bill every month and the store had no time for me. Good luck getting any other money out I found me. Going to Verizon.

I find it pathetic that I walk into at&t and realize that my phone people are not there. Everyone that showed me how to use my phone are gone now. They were fired or forced to quit: they call it DOWNSIZED: AkA they found someone less qualified to do it for cheaper and these people can't even get me into my phone when my kid accidentally locks it on me! I will immediately be switching to Verizon where I actually get service, and where they treat there employees like they matter
