Hard to find assistance when you really need someone. The store is clean but Lacks organization in several departments especially the men's department. A lot of items do not have correct pricing or are in the wrong location. Prices are competitive with other large retailers in the area, watch for sales items as that will be your biggest savings. Dressing rooms are inconveniently located but clean and plenty of room to try on clothes. Great parking and well lit, store is easy to find and handicap accessible with plenty of parking.

This location should just remove the entire Men’s Department. Could not find a single Employee in the Men’s Department! I came in looking for Men’s Dress Shoes. Of course I hadn’t been to this Belk in a while and I went to where the shoe section USED to be. Now that section is Exclusively Women’s Shoes. There was a register and two hardworking Employees helping Female customers. I had to ask where the Men’s shoes were. Apparently they have their own section now. I finally find the Men’s shoes and it is downright pitiful. The displays, if you would even call them that, are poorly set up and are at a very minimum count. There is NOT a register. There are not employees running the section. The boxes are just thrown on shelves without any particular order. It was downright ridiculous. I guess I’ll just drive 40 minutes to Conway!

I'd recommend it its not large shop its pretty small they have good help their overworked and sometimes the lines of too long but if you can manage around that they do a good job trying to help you

They offer a petite department. And, of course, there awesome clearance sales!!! 😊
