Flooring department sucks. Employs more or less treat you like your stupid. I paid for work that i did and was charged for it. Never buy here again. Thats why I go to Ride Out now.

Went there to buy pressure treated plywood and pressure treated two-by-fours. Found the plywood easy but their pressure treated two-by-fours were not as dark as I normally see them. I found several there in the wood stack that were darker than average.

Our refrigerator went out so we went to Lowe's pick out a nice one ...Within a month our food stopped getting cold..We contacted Lowe's they gave us a number to have a service man come out...After he left, within a few days the refrigerate started making a loud sound..I recorded the sound and went back to the store...The compressor was out... We exchanged it for another one... Within a 6 months it would not keep food cold...We had so much spoiled food ...We went back to Lowe's again this time they told us about away we could get some if our money back from the food loss...I applied sent in are bank statements regarding all loss...I received a letter that we would have a check within 14 days..Three or four weeks later still no check..I sent another email asking where the check? I was given a number to call and a ref #. So I called, they closed our account in June and we received nothing for our food loss..So far our third refrigerator as work great...But it's only been a few months...I think the delivery drivers had a lot to do with the compressor going out...The door on the fridge had a gap that we only found out about when they came to pick it up...We would have gotten a better fridge if we had bought a used one...Plus it would have been cheaper...
