Older woman gave us the run around and had us in there for over an hour making it seem like this one big task just to get a sim card. After she finally left after her shift, this man (I think his name was Erin) helped us in just 3 minutes! He also had a great attitude in which she was lacking

Service was great. However, when thinking about switching, they couldn't tell me what kind of service I would get at my home. That's a problem.

To a person, the staff at AT&T in Stevens Point have been very helpful, courteous, just good to work with! Thank you all!!!!!

I have been an AT&T customer ever since the Element Mobile switch, and was looking to change my plan. I went in to the store on a few different occasions to get all of my options, and ended up working with a different representative each time. They weren't all consistent in telling me what was correct or what each plan included. When I expressed my frustration in the inconsistency, one of the representatives told me I needed to "stop fishing for different answers from each employee." Ouch. How rude. I was extremely offended- and didn't get an apology. How low. The manager then apologized to me, but there was no reprimand whatsoever. I was very dissatisfied by her behavior and comment.

WHEN I BOUGHT MY HOUSE IN 2012 I CALLED UP ATT FOR INTERNET AND PHONE AND I WAS TOLD THEN THAT THEY ARE WORKING ON GETTING MY AREA UPDATED FOR ME TO HAVE DSL AND OR UVERSE SO I HAD NO CHOICE BUT TO GO WITH CHARTER (THE RIP OFF CON ARTIST) SO ON 3-1-17 I CALLED THEM BACK TO SEE ABOUT GETTING THIS INSTALLED AND I WAS TOLD AGAIN THAT THEY ARE WORKING ON IT SO THE WAY I LOOK AT IT IT TOOK ATT FIVE YEARS TO THINK ABOUT AND NEVER DO IT NOW IT WILL TAKE ANOTHER 5 FOR THEM TO PLAN IT OUT AND JUST MAYBE IN ABOUT ANOTHER 10 TO 15 IT JUST MAY BE IN MY NEIGHBOR HOOD ATT IS A JOKE AND THEY WILL JUST TELL YOU ANYTHING THEY THINK YOU WANT TO HEAR AND JUST NEVER DO IT
