My experience began with calling ahead to see if an older cellphone battery was in stock. I'm unsure who picked up, but the service was prompt, and to the point. Important note: they had 8 of them in stock! I jetted right over and was greeted by a gentleman (I didn't catch his name, but he had a mohawk), who picked up where my call left off. He tested the batterm my phone needed to make sure it'd work *before* I spent my money, and installed it for me (simple but the gesture speaks volumes). He taught me quickly about how to make sure the battery got longevity and even coached me on how to take care of some software issues I'd had on my phone. After the end of our (about) 10 minute conversation, he called me by my first name( again, super simple, but so refreshing!) I felt like my little transaction mattered. Hands down the best retail service I've ever had, all inside 15 minutes. Thanks!

The manager Justin was very helpful and patient with all of my questions. The store was very clean and tidy, and I will absolutely return to this store the next time I'm in town.

They miss scheduled an appointment, but later called to fix my daughters phone at half price. Mistakes happen, but Justin handle the situation well. Thanks Justin.

I had a great experience with an employee named frank. I needed a new battery for my phone and I was in and out of the store in 5 minutes.
