DO NOT GET SPRINT!They are horrible. Very poor ,bad,and rude customer service! I got an unlimited data plan for the whole family and after 1 gig the data stopped. The Marshfield store doesn't even have 3 bars IN THERE OWN STORE! They take advantage of you and your unknowledge of electronics. This is outrageous and please read this! Do not pass this message.Please share this. This is the truth about Sprint and their "unlimited" data and all that other BS

Service used to be great at this store, but lots of turnover recently and newbies don't have tons of experience. Hope time and training will bring them back to outstanding

Compared to other sprint locations I have visited this location was by far the best versed in costumer service. I was greeted almost immediately after walking in the door and was promptly given assistance. I came into the Steven's Point store looking for a new phone upgrade and all of the employees I spoke to were extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my questions effortlessly. I'm glad I chose this location to get an upgrade because it was painless and effortless. Thanks so much!

Great customer service. Even when they were unable to find the answer to my problem, they made several phone calls to finally find the fix we needed.
