Horrible return policies make it impossible to get refunds. I bought a pair of steel toes and wore them for, at most, 2 hours, the shock absorbing capabilities of these boots were horrendous and left my feet and back sore. Rather than drop 20$ on a pair of dr. scholls, i wanted to return them and get boots with gel insoles. The return policies state that: It must be within 30 days, which it was steel toes can only be returned for store credit You can't return any footwear after wearing them, this is the problem. What if something goes wrong with your shoes and you find out that the store doesn't care. Overpriced, terrible return policies, never going back
