Really bad customers service I was at the store for about 35 minutes at the beginning I realize they were busy. But people started coming they were service them before me. I been a att customers for 5 years at all the other locations there is always someone at the door to ask you how can they help you and they put you on a waiting list nobody ask me that. They were 3 employee's taking for about 5 minutes about the weather no help. I will never go back to that location first time and last time I will not consider canceling my service because it's a really good company on my way out the door a employee told me have a good day but they Never ask me how can I help you. I went to a different location with good customer service..

if i could give zero stars i would! i have cell phones and internet with AT&T horrible service, i can not wait to drop them i don't get cell service anywhere i have to walk all over the place to get a signal in the middle of town, half the time my data isn't even working but that doesn't stop AT&T from charging me an extra $60 a month the WiFi at home is constantly out i can barely stream a movie on Netflix it is the worst. I can not wait to get Comcast back in a few days along with Verizon!!

I've been a customer at AT&T for over 12 years. I sent my son who broke his phone to buy one at full price out of contract and just get a new sim card. But the CSR with an attitude issue would not even talk to my son. I have informed corporate. I guess he feels to special help customers with speech disabilities. I physically heard the comments from the AT&T employee while my other son had me on speaker phone. It's a shame the company has hired a bigot be a representative for AT&T.
