Appalled would be the only word to use. This store is ran like it is family owned. In regards to what I am talking about is how the employees interact with one another and not the customers. I went on 7-17-17 to upgrade my three phones. I spoke to Sprint prior to going to the store to finalized and pick up the phones. The lady there did not want to look at me or help me. Once she made her way to me. She simply said she could not look up my account or take my confirmation number. I asked to speak to a Manager and she denied me. Left the room when to a back room came back about 10 minutes later and said the package we currently have is all they could offer me. I felt she did not have time for me and I was not who she wanted to associate with. Other employees were laughing and throwing paper like basketballs. While customers sat angrily. My entire exp with Sprint yesterday was horrid to say the least. I finally found a store that helped me to an extent. As far as the Madison Branch and its a Corporate Store at that, it will not make it. Customer service, great product, competitive pricing, courteous employees is what makes a successful company. You never discriminate a customer ever. BEWARE before going into this facility.

Julian was the person who helped me. He was courteous and helpful. He explained in detail everything that i had questions about. He was able to help me make the change to my plan thag i wanted. Instead of trying to sell me something i didnt need or want at the time he was truthful and respectful. I know there's not a lot of good reviews about this location however i took a chance and was surprised specifically by him. If anything at least give him a shot at helping you.

People there are the laziest workers I have ever experienced. Place full of people waiting and atleast 2 employees are to busy talking to each other instead of doing their job. The lady at the front checking people in is to busy playing on her phone instead of moving the process along. They need to open more service centers in the Nashville area or hire more competent people to run this location more efficiently. Sprint customer service is just going down hill.

Left Sprint for T-Mobile. Greatest move ever. Just needed my 2 bills printed since I cancelled Sprint locks you out of your online account and forces you to go to the store to get your bill unless you want to wait on USPS mail. Then said wait in line of 7 people just to get it printed out. Horrible. Glad I left to the Un-carrier T-Mobile who I can say for a fact has the best customer service I have ever seen

I went in to the sprint store today to exchange my iPhone 7 plus which has a manufacturer defect on the display. There is a piece of dust trapped underneath the screen and I didn't notice immediately when I received the phone. I first took the iPhone to an apple authorized repair center which is geek squad at Best Buy. They determined that my phone had the defect. Apple wanted to replace the phone but I would have to mail my phone to them and wait 5 to 6 business days for it to come back. So I decided to take the phone to sprint since I have had the phone a little over two weeks. going to that store was an experiment in terror. There were only 2 employees working with customers and there were atleast 3 in the talking to each other in the back. When I was finally helped after an hour of sitting there I was told that sprint could do nothing about it because I had the phone over two weeks. I explained to the employee the issues and that I had spoken with some one through customer support over the phone and they told me I could return it and exchange for the exact same phone. He explained they only have a two week return policy. He also told me that sprint customer support sets up unrealistic expectations for customers. So after being told by two people FROM sprint that I could return the phone it was not happening and I totally wasted my time and gas driving out to that store. Its disappointing because I have been a sprint customer for over two years and the way this has been handled is very bad by the employees in the store and sprint customer care over the phone. If I could give zero stars for customer service i would. Thanks sprint. I have an appoint at the Apple Store I'm sure they will handle this better. Once I pay my phone off Im switching to T-Mobile.
