I took a base unit for repair and evaluation was completed the same day. I was pleased with the outcome and the pricing. I purchased anew computer and received the next day ready for use. I would recommend for any computer repairs.

Today I called about my MacBook Pro being damaged and I needed it fixed before I had class...I was spazzing out! It’s a $1600 dollar computer. He told me 1 hour and gave me an incredible deal. He completed the task in under the time I was Quoted. Great customer service!!!💯💯💯 I recommend their services to anyone in need of technical help with their computer.

THE BEST computer service ever-my computer was fixed within a few days and the price was VERY, VERY reasonable. I cannot believe how fast it was done and it works perfectly. If I needed computer service I would go back in a minute-highly recommended.

My tower was overheating and turning itself off, but he gave a cheaper price compared to other major retailers, with amazing speed and quality to boot. Will be back to build a new pc sometime.

There's NO doubt that Sean Carroll is one of the BEST computer technicians I've ever encountered.

He just PROVED it again by repairing a computer I brought to him. The problem was solved quickly and it was back in operation the same day.

Anyone who wants to know WHY their computer is NOT functioning correctly, or WHY it has STOPPED running at all, will be pleased to know that Sean can not only tell you, but more than likely can repair and restore it ASAP.

I say this because Sean has not only done it for me personally, but for many friends I have sent to him. 

Honestly, Sean is "one of a kind" in his knowledge of computers... and I knew that the first time I met him several years back.

I would liken him to being as knowledgeable about the insides of a computer as the world's TOP brain surgeon is about the insides of your head. The part I don't understand is how quickly he pinpoints, with 
accuracy, what's wrong.

So before you give up on that laptop or desktop computer I'd strongly recommend putting it in the car and driving to National Computer and have Sean Carroll take a look at it. Just bring the computer.. no need for the keyboard, mouse, or monitor, or the AC power cable. He has always made it easy for the customer.

I've been wondering lately... WHY isn't he servicing iPhones and Smart phones as well?.

Take it from me.. he will not lie to you, or manipulate the situation in his favor... and MOST important he is VERY reasonable in terms of price. ( I'm probably one of the few clients who has told him he should be charging more. )

I just wish EVERY business operated like Sean runs National Computer.
