Disgusting customer service. First cheated with an iPhone in leasing, promised a payment of $ 80 a month in fact was $ 100. Further, I had a problem with logging into my account, THREE TIMES I COME WITH THIS PROBLEM AND EVERY TIME SAID THAT NOW IS ALL DIFFERENT, but I still can not get into my personal account (like a mistake, employees can not eliminate or do not want to) The staff will gladly sell you something, but when you have a problem they will wipe your feet and feed you with empty promises. Why are these people there? These people work only when the percentage of the light is shining or a bonus from the company .. The question arises: is it the company's policy or all the same personnel of low qualification ?? Your policy is understandable vparit and time, deceive, say that you have corrected, but in fact everything remains the same. If I could put a zero of stars, I would do it. In the future I will change the company. It is disgusting and disgusting enough that it's completely impossible to come to the office at & t.

Minimum of 10-20 min wait at all times.  I stupidly bought a phone here, but they didn't have the color I wanted (black?).  They had to "special order" it, a black Galaxy s7 edge really what a strange request.  They said it would take a week to arrive but I would be notified as soon as it arrived.  A week went by with no notification.  Finally went into the store, they said it had been delivered days earlier and just forgot to notify me.  

Also tried calling this location several times but can never get through to a live person, always get stuck in the endless loop of the ATT automated lady, who always ruins my day whenever I need to contact ATT for anything.

This location is perfectly representative of all things ATT: terrible service, poor quality, frustrating automated loops that never resolve your issue, and long waits.

when I walked in to the store there was an associate greeting people, she did not greet me but she acknowledged a very well dress gentlemen behind me. I was ready to change from T-Moble to AT&T after hearing that they offer unlimited data. Now I decided its better to have  no cell coverage but good customer service. T-Mobile offered me $150 for the experience I had at ATT.

Took a series of layers in a phone tree to get to speak with a human in this store. I then asked the attendant if I could check the inventory for a particular tablet. I did not even get to tell her which model I wanted. She put me on hold 42 minutes ago.... still on hold. A shame, I was going to buy two of them at $500 each.
