The staff at this establishment will lie for each other in order to get additional sales and take your money. Be warned that it is a third-party store. So if you have any issues it is practically impossible to get them resolved with sprint customer service. You will have to spend hours on the phone being transferred numerous times to figure anything out. The sales people are aggressive and dishonest. Ricardo is the one that sold me my plan, and he lied from minute one. I should have been more aware of what was happening and realized immediately that he was lying, but I was confused by all of the conflicting information given to me. I've been into the store numerous times to try to resolve numerous issues, all to no avail. The most recent time I went in I was on the phone with Sprint customer service and they suggested that I go drive down to the store to resolve my issue there. I had something I needed to return, that I didn't need in the first place and was sold to me under false pretense. The customer service representative had called the store on my behalf and asked if there was a manager available. She was told yes. When I got there, The manager was there, a guy whom I recognized. I had asked for a manager numerous times upon other visits to that store. During those other visits the sales people in that store lied to me and told me there was no manager available. The guy that I recognize, that was the manager, was there almost every time I was in that store. So basically they lied and told me that the manager was just another employee. I could see it on his face when he got caught. His name is Peter. He is also aggressive and dishonest. Ricardo then came out from another counter approached me and started calling me a liar and telling me that I have a bad memory and that I need to get my story straight. I was still on the phone with customer service and ask them if they could please call me back on my cell phone because I felt threatened by Ricardo and the aggressive sales people. She was able to do that and I left the store. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Very bizarre and upsetting. Save yourself the stress and go elsewhere.

Love this store. Quick and easy upgrade experience today. Daniel was a very honest and helpful associate! It's nice to see salesmen that genuinely care about customers and recommend what's best for them- not just the most expensive option. I will be back at this store for future Sprint visits. Thanks Daniel!

I walked in here on a Sunday morning at 11:30am to see how much it would be to switch plans from Verizon to Sprint and get an Iphone 7. There were three customer service reps and they all looked like zombies with super bloodshot eyes, and they kept interrupting their own sales pitches to take large gulps of double sized Rockstar energy drinks. Did they all party until dawn last night? Like I said, it was almost noon. No excuse at that point. Every question or answer that I gave was immediately interrupted with some farfetched opinion based explanation which I perceived as a pathetic attempt to get me to buy more and get less. Me: "So I've been really frustrated with Verizon lately because..." Sales rep: "...because dey been jackin' up your bills huh?" Me: "...um, no actually it's because" Sales rep: "...dey been gettin' you bad service huh!?" Me: "Never mind, it doesn't matter. What I'm really looking for is a..." Sales Rep: "unlimited plan huh?" I swear I almost flipped out to tell him to stop interrupting me but after 10 minutes I realized that Sprint (apparently) doesn't even offer an option for an unlimited hot-spot. Which I find surprising and possibly doubtful. I will truly never know because you couldn't pay me to interact with these sales reps again. I'm literally writing Sprint off for the next few years based on this experience, but I should know better at this point. Sprint isn't exactly winning awards for customer service.

Awesome service. I had tried dealing with the insurance company 5 times and thought my head would explode if I tried again. Decided to go in to see if someone there could help me. Walked in and was greeted immediately by Daniel Z. He got on the phone with insurance and had it all worked out within 20 minutes maybe less. He went through a couple of people on the phone and didn't give up until he had it worked out. Thanks again Daniel Z you're a life saver and Sprint is lucky to have you!

They added a line to my account with out my permission. Completely entangled my account with plan adjustments. And told me it's my fault and I had to pay extra money to get it fixed. Just very disappointed since I have been a customer for 11.5 years.
