Love love the staff and Sean at this store have never been disappointed in the service or the friendly staff ! If you had a 10 star rating they would definitely get that ! Highly recommend this location to everyone

I went to the store for a billing problem and was miss leaded several times. I was extremely disappointed as I was told nothing could be done to solve the error that the store made by putting an additional lane in my plan, the guy who did it wasn't even sorry about it and said that I had to cancel my existing number to reduce the bill. Finally I met MATT who was really polite and only knowledgeable person in the entire store who was able to fix my problem and make it right. I still can't believe how one sales executive told me that he had 5 years experience working in the company and it was impossible to solve my problem. HOW COULD HE!

Went in to buy a new phone. Most unhelpful salesperson I have ever experienced at a business. I left in disgust. Visited the store on Holly Ave and was treated wonderfully.

Great customer experience. They opened the door for us and treated us like family. The store is beautiful and is 1 of 3 store of the futures in all of Minnesota. Best experience ever in a cell phone store. Service is great too. Did you know AT&T bought DirecTV? I didn't but have it now and it's great. They combined my bill and everything.

Great customer service. Whenever you have questions regarding your bill or product they always stick with it until you are satisfied.
