Very unsatisfactory went in yesterday to get my screen fixed thought I got a good deal tell I came home and parts of the screen didn't work when I pressed on them figured ok I'll take it in tomorrow less then 4 hours after I left the store my screen had a crack in it all I did to my phone was put it in a lifeproof case and had it in my pocket with nothing else in it by that night the crack was massive and the phone worked worse then it did before I brought it in when I went back today I was told I must have dropped it and that it wasn't there fault after some harsh words and talking with the owner they did replace it and put tampered glass on for 54$ save your money go to a real store and have them fix it might cost a bit more up front but less in the long run total cost was 174$ and a huge headache

READ THIS REVIEW IF YOU DON'T WANT YOUR PHONE TO EXPLODE. In summer 2015 (July 17, 2015), I broke the screen of my iPhone 6 and took it the same day to this mall kiosk. Right away after the replacement, I noticed a couple issues (a couple gaps between case and screen, a couple black pixels, etc) but overall the phone was usable by every measure. A couple days ago, the phone stopped responding and would not turn on. After messing with it for a while, trying to restore it and such, I decided to let it charge overnight and try again. I plugged it in, and not long after smoke started pouring out of the phone. The phone became very warm and more smoke kept pouring out. I put the phone on a binder with a plastic cover to carry it outside and the plastic covered binder melted on the way outside. After a while, the phone stopped smoking and was cracked wide open. The inside was completely charred and is now 100% unusable. I will NEVER go to this kiosk for a broken screen again because I don't want to come that close to starting a building on fire ever again.

the Mankato Cellairis store in the River Hills Mall repaired my IPhone.
Their customer service was excellent.

Wish I'd read the reviews first cause yep same experience.  Took my kids iPad, which he needs for school, in for screen replacement. It's an older model so I was forgiving when they said they needed to order a part and they would get it within the next few days.... we were not from town so if asked to have it shipped back to me, and after a few back and forth texts with there manager or district manager they came up with a price to ship. I paid in full for the screen replacement and shipping and went on my way with a very happy 10 year old that would be getting his iPad back shortly.  2 weeks pass and nothing.  I phone the store and after what seems like forever to look it up he finds it.  It's done and sitting there. I explain again that I was from out of town and had paid to have it shipped. He tells me "no problem we will drop it in the mail first thing tomorrow".  4 more days go by and nothing so I call back. Get another gentleman that takes no time at all to find my order, exactly as if he was leaning on the iPad when I called...   it was still there. He gives me a line that he's have to talk to his manager and find out what was going on with it...    so after 3 weeks he still has no iPad for school!!!    No appologies no offer to refund shipping, no answer as to why I haven't received it.  POOR customer service.   After all this if there's any problems with the repair I will not be happy
