I returned a Dell laptop computer that I was told would be faster and better than my hp laptop.  It was actually much slower than m y hp.  I had to ask a manager to get me some help looking at other laptops, got help for a couple of minutes, then he disappeared.  So let's not help the customer, he returned a laptop cause we don't know ANYTHING!  SCREW best buy!  All they seem to care about are sales!  Not my fault you mislead me, your suppose to know your products.  1 star rating very generous.  Not recommended  here!

I’m a nerd and as a nerd this would qualify for my favorite place to shop! I prefer to make all my electronic needs at Best Buy.

The Best Buy staff is friendly and I’m sure fun. They even make it look they are having fun at work!

When you walk in the store their security guy Reid will greet you right away.  Also when you leave he’ll thank you for visiting.

A little bit smaller store than others I have been in.  The employees are nice and there seem to be plenty of them to ask questions of if you need to.  No complaints.

Very helpful employees who seem to know their stuff. It didn't matter what area of the store we were in, there was always someone coming up to us to help. This is great especially in the holiday season. Special shout out to Gabe for helping us out the most and making us feel we got the best deal with the best item.

Customer service was poor the day I was in there. Stood for 15 minutes in the computer Department waiting for help. Finally had to go up front and ask for help, man assigned to the area wasn't too happy. Wasn't there to buy a large ticket items so I think I he was disappointed. When he did settle down, he advised me that the printer I was looking for would probably be on sale the following weekend. In fact it was, and I saved $75.
