This store is straight and honest with there customers. If there are better deals within other Sprint stores, they will recommend it to you. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. This is a great one stop shop, and if you can't find a resolution there, they will always recommend you to the right place.

When ever you need help with your bill I would go and talk to someone and they said they could fix it but it would never change also there website never works and cell service is way worse then verizon. If you are on Verizon don't switch easily the best carrier

The staff was knowledgeable but way too pushy about selling everything and wouldn't just do what I asked for. (I've had problems with I phone ) they said I would better signal with a new phone and they were WRONG and I have to go to the store to have it reset at least once a month!!!! Not happy with sprint
