A great place to buy and get service. We went there to buy a refrigerator and they did not only price match with the same appliance at another shop, but also added a free ice-maker combined with installation of the refrigerator. The sales person was to the point and helped us in every way (like we are used to in The Netherlands). Big round of applause for Best Buy.

How cool is it that you can buy and return things with no hassle. I was able to find the prefect gaming monitor and headset for me with no troubles.

I have avoided this store for years, thought I would give them another try. Had my mind set on a specific laptop. There were two associates that sold me on another and promised me it would do the things I needed. So I purchased the laptop they suggested and the pen that I was told will work with it. Got it home. No pen function. Found out through internet that this model was not pen compatible. So... I returned the laptop and the pen. Best buy has no issues taking money out of my bank account when I purchased it but for some reason can't put the money back in for 24 to 48 hours. What an excuse. Blame it on my bank. Sure good excuse. I continue to get false info here, horribly poor customer service, and dont even call the store phone number, took me 34 mins to talk to someone. Everyone else would hang up on me, and not transfer me to customer service. Typical arrogance from best buy. Guess i will be using my money on Amazon. When I finally get it back.

Best Buy has away been a great experience. Best Buy has amazing employees like Teresa DeLeon we went to buy a washer and Dryer . She was an excellent employee . She answered all our questions with ease. Thank you !

Good place with great selection for stuff. All items are always stocked. Staff is nice and helpful.
