Spent a little time with Chanti at the St Robert store 08/27/17. She is absolutely the BEST  person to talk to...so friendly and went the "extra mile" to make sure she took care of my problems!!!  Fantastic service!!!

I must have gone in at the most hectic time of the day. Unfortunately the representative I had an appointment with was tied up with a customer that overlapped into my slotted time. The 'manager' acted more like a glorified hostess and never attempted to see if there was a way he could assist me, I eventually walked out after 30 minutes of standing around. 

I eventually called the service center to resolve my issues with billing. 

AT&T was very close to losing a customer today

Even though I am not an AT&T user I came here with my friend as she was conducting business bill griffen was extremely helpful super nice very professional

Most of the time don't have to call AT&T, just visit store to get served.
