Reviews
Personnel were rude and unprofessional. When I spoke to the individuals behind the counter, not one of the three got off their phones to give me their attention when I was asking questions. This tells me they lack the basic respect for others and obviously do not want my business. Personnel did not listen to me when I stated I wanted to make an appointment and not "Just drop by Monday," as I do not have the time to just leave work like that. I will not return here again and I recommend others to not waste their time here as well.

Had a new radio installed, car was ready when they said it would be, great job!

Staff was friendly and helpful. They did not carry the DVD flip down player for our mini van. Thry said if I purchased one and bring it in they would install it. They charged me $300 dollars just to install it, even after I already had one in the van so not like I was asking for a complete custom job. Do yourself a favor and save money, go somewhere else. Taking advantage in a military town withno other places to go. Check Rolla, Lebanon or even Springfield.

Wow these guys know their stuff. They will be honest with you and aren't there to sell you crap. Definitely professionals in their trade. They helped me every step of the way to piece together my system. Greatly appreciated guys!
