The best experience (no overstatement ) of all AT&T visits. I am thankful to the manager Percy for not only meeting me and other customers with polite smile and quick clarification of what we needed so we wouldn't waste our time, but also for referring me to the best AT&T employee Michael (no exaggeration) . I was going to buy cheap (not really) flip phone as a back up until possibly my wet phone and data would recover ( in the rice :) ). Needless to describe how frustrated, hectic and nervous I felt entering the store because of spontaneous and unplanned situation. Luckily for me, I got the most helpful, ‎patient, honest, respectful, not pushy and not dis-informing employee. He offered me much better solution, which saved me money and time. He made sure to complete and connect me to the service before I left. He kept me from wrong decision, was so knowledgeable, fast and courteous. AAA+++++ for being such an awesome person and professional. Thanks!

Went in for a SIM card. Got the SIM card, two weeks later I get my bill. They had added a multi device protection pack to my account without my knowledge or consent. Did a live chat with an ATT rep, it was confirmed that the multi device protection pack was added from this store by a store representative. Could have been an accident, but doesn't seem like that can be done accidentally.
