First time in last week and had a pleasant experience. Stopped into today to pick up a preorder and the associate working behind the desk was so rude and condescending that I will never return to that location. You can see why the company is going out of business with moron like that.

Nice big Gamestop location...bigger than most Mall (and even some strip mall) stores. Staff here aren't as engaging as other stores, but I don't think that takes away from the experience at all.

The worker are really nice and helpful if you need anything. If you wanted to renew or preorder anything they can help you easily. I love their staff.

So I went in and asked for black ops 2 he said they didn't have it but I asked someone to hold it for me yesterday and I will buy it today so I asked the guy that held it for me if he still had it and was rudely interrupted by the first guy I asked and he said (I TOLD YOU WE DONT HAVE IT WE ARE NOT GOING TO GET IT IN A HOUR) with a rude and angry tone if you can't talk to a 14 year old with respect than you should not work there.😡

Called here looking for the new 3DS that was just released and when I was told they were out of stock I asked if there was a way for the employee to check if there were any others in stock. He said there wasn't any way to see another store's current inventory. Called the store in Panorama City of all places and the lady there was nice enough to run a search to find one left in red. To the guy who answered the phone this morning, try to provide better customer service.
