I'm here now.  They have not greeted me or acknowledged me in any way.  They have people who could help but are not helping. Sad.  All I want is help putting my glass cover back on.

Went in just now to see about an upgrade and staff was short and rude. Directing me to website for all my questions. 

These people have no business working in retail.

They were really nice people and helped a lot. Of course they take a while because when it comes to phones it takes a lot of time, it's like that in almost all phone companies but they were great staff!

Literally just had the worst customer service experience in my life. Antonio Manzo should not be in customer service, playing on his phone, short answers, completely unhelpful, actually seemed smug about being rude. I felt like I was in the chapelle show sketch about kinkos.

Been sitting here for a while... two of the people behind the counter seem to be just hanging out and checking their own phones while there is a long list of people waiting to be helped.
