Every issue I have taken to this store is always met with the same answer: "Call this 800 number"

They can get you setup for internet, phone, and tv, but they can do nothing in terms of troubleshooting/problem solving or even cancelling your service when moving.

They are only equipped to deal with AT&T Mobile. Even then they usually call the same 800 number and talk with a technician on the other side.

The staff isn't very well educated about AT&T policies and procedures. Their critical thinking skills are sub par as well. If you know exactly what you want and how to do it then this place is fine. If not, call AT&T or choose another store.
