I had to suspend my husbands phone service to have his phone sent off for repair. At th at time I was told by a customer service rep., that upon completion of the repair , to call and the service would be turned back on. We had just paid our monthly bill 5-6 days prior.So we did as we were told ..... "What a crock of BSHIT". No one has any info on anything that went on saying after 30 days our account was completely closed & we would have to start from the beginning with activation & a new # & monthly payment. So we just lose the month prior paid also our account standing of on time payments, on top of our number in which he used for work purpose as well as personal.This company has betrayed & gave false ,misleading,incorrect information to me & my husband. WE WILL BE TAKING THIS FARTHER IN HOPES THAT NOONE ELSE WILL GET MISLEAD & CHEATED.
