Alisha & Bryan are great, helpful & down to earth. They have the cheapest king beds in town even with tax & $40 delivery service.  They delivered within 3 days on a holiday weekend & even called to see if they could come an hour earlier.  I will come back & tell everyone I know to check them out.

The customer service was excellent! The prices for the furniture are very reasonable, and the quality is great.  I believe the lady that helped my husband and I, was Alisha. She was very helpful in helping us find something in our price range. We walked into the store around 4pm on a Saturday, and our furniture was delivered the same day before 7pm., and we live all the way in Charlotte! That is what I call quick service. Brian, the delivery guy was very polite and professional. I would definitely recommend Quality Home Furnishings!

Good selection in store but a lot of options are available to order via catalog.

Very pleased with the selection, layaway, and financing options :) don't know more than that but very happy with everything so far.
