My husband and I were carrier shopping and went to the AT&T store located on 11380 Pines Boulevard in Pembroke Pines, FL on 8/28 to inquire about buying two new phones and getting a plan.The salesperson, Lori, deceived us by telling us we were eligible for a BOGO promotion that we later discovered we weren't eligible for because we don't have Direct TV, only U-verse. The paperwork didn't reflect the BOGO so I canceled mid-sale. I confirmed the cancellation of the transaction with an AT&T rep over the phone PRIOR to leaving the AT&T store. We never bought a phone or started a plan, and actually bought new phones and continued our plan with T-Mobile on 8/28 an hour or so later, yet AT&T sent me a bill for $784.71! I tried to contact someone at the AT&T store several times to straighten this out, but no one ever answered the phone. I called the AT&T 800 number on September 30 and was advised by Amber that she saw that it should have been canceled and promised that the charges would be reversed by October 4. However, on October 4, I received an e-mail from AT&T with yet another invoice for $784.71! I went to the AT&T store TWICE, on October 4 and then again on October 6, to straighten out, but the sales rep, Lori, and the manager on duty would not make time for me or take my information to contact me later to resolve.AT&T's refusal to resolve the egregious mistake it made has left me with no choice but to file complaints with the BBB, FCC, and attorney general/state attorney's office for their unscrupulous and deceptive business activities.

The worst costumer service. I was there because of a over charge bill. They don't want to waist their time on me. Connect me with a on line phone, waited for 39 minutes. I decided to call 611 on my cell. The on line rep, said I need to have my account review by the store rep, but they don't want to and told me they have no store manager on the floor. Errol, is the rep , that told me, I have to know who open my account, so that that person is able to look up my account and help me. I changed account 2.5 years ago. Switch from Verizon to Att. The rep, that helped my was Chris, and don't work there any more. So , Errol told me we can't help you and when I ask for a store manager, he told me there is no management on the floor. Bad costumer service.

Terrible service today... I Spent $850 on phone + $100+ in accessories 2 wks ago. The lady that helped us was great. The shield she recommended and installed for me cracked after 2 days. The manufacturer (zagg) was great and replaced the shield w and upgraded version. I go today back to the store to ask for help to take the broken shield off and put the replacement. This was around 1:35pm today. The man that was "helping " us had the worse attitude and kept repeating he wouldn't be responsible if something went wrong because they don't sell this better shield. He seemed upset and kept repeating he wouldn't be responsible....we asked for the manager and were told he was out to lunch.... We walked out very disappointed in the treated of a customer that needed help...

The wait for service was extremely long over 2 hours. Once seen customer service was great.
