My wife and I went in late on Sunday evening on our way back to Miami. We didn't want to be the type to shop as a store is closing but we have had poor customer service in several local stores so we wanted to see if the Broward area offered better service. Michelle was very nice and informational and went the extra mile to help us out.

Ask for a printout of what you're agreeing to beforehand, and don't fall for the "only $x per month" because it's all a big scam. Sweet talk for $40 each of a case, screen protector and SD card. Ended up returning the phone too, and called customer service from the store to get the restocking fee waived.

I unfortunately had a bad experience at this T-Mobile. Visited a nearby store that night before which provided me information that did concord with the information I was given here. I would assume they all have the same system which the options should be the same, right? I guess they're a bit selective here:(. In addition to that, I had to wait more than hour to be told this. I was advised by Jorge I was not allowed to proceed with an upgrade due to payment scheduled but still pending, it seemed a bit off. I proceeded with the other store and the lovely girl gave me my upgrade. She put the bow on my Saturday :D (Jasmine)

Bought 2 new galaxy edge and connected another phone. It took over 3 hours for the whole process when I got home and took my phone out of the box I realized the screen was cracked! Took the phone back to the store and they tell me i have to use the waranty which includes a $175 deductible. I regret switching and am currently looking at switching to Verizon.

Jorge was amazing. He helped resolve all of our problems and more. We had many problems with our previous shipments and he solved all of them in a fast manner. Will definitely come to him next time we need anything!
