This Best Buy store is equipped with a nice variety of electronics like most of them, but when you get to customer service it is not so great. I found one sales representative that knew a lot about computers and was super helpful, but the rest have been awful. Younger employees that do not have any sense of customer service, respect for customers, or just basic common courtesy. When I approached a group of employees to ask for assistance they were too busy showing each other pictures in their phones and socializing to even notice I was there asking for help. Given the amount of money someone is generally going to spend in the store you would think there would be more of an emphasis on creating a positive experience. I give this store 2 stars only for the help I received from 1 employee but I would strongly suggest the manager of this store re-think their policy and management strategy because I can honestly say I would not return to this store to purchase anything.

Had what I needed. Walk past about 8 employees no one asked me if I needed help. Got it myself. If you don't mind paying retail and being ignored shop here.

I come here all the time. It's a nice place with a great selection of electronics ranging from simple batteries all the way to home appliances. As someone who builds computers it's also nice to see certain parts being stocked physically.

I went to Best Buy looking for a few things to purchase today. The refrigerator, a stove, a sound system, and a Samsung Gear S3. As I couldn't get an employee to look me in the eye, I want up having to settle for getting a replacement pen for my tablet, and a headset for my laptop. Customer service at this location still seems to be lacking. I witnessed several employees standing around having conversations and when I try to approach them I was basically ignored. So for some of the smaller things I'm going to have to go to Amazon yet again. As for the larger things, I may have to go to Lowe's or Home Depot. Talk about disappointing. If you're looking for someone to answer your questions, good luck trying to get someone to make eye contact or even acknowledge that you're there.

Had some trouble finding someone to talk to, they all seemed busy. Once I did finally get to talk to a staff member they were super helpful and quick to answer my questions. Most of them are really young, and I noticed this in a different Best Buy I went to also. They must favour younger employees due to them being more tech savvy.
